Heathens Academy - Bringing Sexy Back

Heathens Academy is a centre for excellence in rugby union based on the South Coast of England. Having won the Hampshire Division 2 championship in our first season, we play in Division 1 against some of the best sides in the South. We are unique in the way we operate; providing our players with the very best in training facilities and coaching. The club is run by the players, for the players and this trust and responsibility is the catalyst for them to reach their highest potential both as individuals and as part of a closely knit team.

In October 2007, after considerable hard work from the Academy's management team, in conjuction with the club's youth section, we were awarded the RFU's prestigious Seal of Approval, which recognises the "quality of provision a club offers, and its commitment to the continued development of young rugby players". Fareham Heathens were the eighth team in Hampshire to achieve this award and the first in the local area. We see this as an opportunity to improve and develop youth rugby even further.
