Yes, it's back! The infamous 12 week, patented Colin Plan™ is guaranteed to get you fit and strong! Unfortunately it won't make you attractive to women (sorry Aaron) but two out of three ain't bad!
Training will be just Tuesdays for the next few weeks, when we will begin to add in Thursdays as a mix of extra training sessions and social evenings. If you'd like to get involved in the planning of the socials please let me know.
We are starting on Tuesday 17th June, and you need to be on the pitch ready to go at 7pm. Normal kit and trainers, although the grass is a bit slippy at the moment so might be worth brining some hard ground boots if you have them.
Look forward to seeing you all there, and yes, I will be joining in as much as possible!
