As the manager of the academy, Maxine is in charge of all day-to-day activities. She liases with the senior club, and the RFU. Maxine is also responsible for the financial side of things, and player registration.

Becky is an integral part of the academy, taking responsibility for pre-match preparations ensuring all players are fully hydrated and that all equipment and kit is ready when required. She also manages to guard the energy snacks from Stu's grubby little hands.
